Booking confirmation

Your confirmation will be sent via email immediately after you have completed your booking.


Please contact the reception for any changes to your booking, such as updating the number of guests or changing the dates. Please note that unfortunately, you cannot make changes yourself after the booking has been completed.


The cancellation policy varies depending on the selected price level at the time of booking. You will find specific terms and conditions for your booking in the email confirmation sent to you.

Free wireless internet is available in all our rooms and public areas.

We offer Roomservice at 7 AM – 12 AM (1 AM)

Breakfast buffet

Our organic breakfast buffet is included in the stay for guests who have booked a hotel room. If you haven’t booked a hotel room but would like to enjoy our breakfast buffet, the price is 195 SEK.

Allegria Retreat Club

Entry to Allegria Retreat Club is not included in the stay. The price for hotel guests varies between 395-495 SEK depending on the day and time you choose. For non-hotel guests, there is the option to book a day spa. The entrance fee is then 595 SEK.

Iron or Steamer

A steamer is available in all rooms. If you prefer an iron, it is available for borrowing. Please inquire at the reception, and they will assist you.


A hairdryer is available in each room.

Bathrobe & slippers

Bathrobes and slippers are available for borrowing.

Can I bring my dog/cat to the hotel?

A number of specially adapted rooms are available for dogs/cats. The availability needs to be checked with the booking.

Have you forgotten something in the room?

If you’ve forgotten anything during your stay with us, please call or email us, and we’ll help you look for it. What we would like to know is what you have forgotten, your name, date, and preferably your room number.

Cashless hotel

Hotel Fratelli is a cashless hotel. For us working at the hotel, it means a safer workplace, and we can dedicate more time to our guests. For guests and visitors, it ensures security through quick and secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Contact us if you have any questions.


We have a minimum limit of 5,000 SEK for invoicing, and all invoicing must be approved before arrival. Exceptions may apply for specific corporate agreements. Fees may apply. It is not possible to pay by invoice as an individual.
