Your confirmation will be sent via email immediately after you have completed your booking.

Please contact the reception for any changes to your booking, such as updating the number of guests or changing the dates. Please note that unfortunately, you cannot make changes yourself after the booking has been completed.

The cancellation policy varies depending on the selected price level at the time of booking. You will find specific terms and conditions for your booking in the email confirmation sent to you.

For guests without adult companionship, there is an age restriction of 18 years. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking on-site if identification cannot be provided.

We offer our hotel guests complimentary access to the STC gym. STC is a 2,000 square meter fitness facility with a wide range of strength and cardio equipment. The reception will assist you with access to the gym, which is located at Västra Torggatan 4, about a 1-minute walk from the hotel.

Entrance to Allegria Spa Retreat is not included in your stay. The price for hotel guests is SEK 295, depending on the day and time of your visit. For non-hotel guests, there is the option to book a day spa. The entrance fee ranges from SEK 495 to 595, depending on the day. At our spa, children from 7 years old are welcome from 8:30 to 10:30 every day. At other times, we have an age limit of 18 years, or 16 years when accompanied by a guardian.

The hotel does not have its own parking, but the closest option is the Duvan Parking Garage, located just about 40 meters from the hotel. It’s a convenient and secure option for both short and long stays.
For the best rate, we recommend parking on levels 3–5, where you can purchase a time-based ticket (daily parking 250 SEK) directly via the EasyPark app, the Apcoa Flow app, or the payment machine in the garage.
Driving an electric car? Charging stations are available on level 4, with payment and access handled via the Apcoa Flow app.

Another option is the heated parking garage at Mitt i City – a warm, sheltered facility offering extra comfort all year round. Perfect if you want your car frost-free in winter and cool in summer.

A steamer is available in all rooms. If you prefer an iron, it is available for borrowing. Please inquire at the reception, and they will assist you.

A hairdryer is available in each room.

Bathrobes and slippers are available for borrowing.

We have 5 rooms that are adjusted to dogs/cats. The availability needs to be checked with the booking.

If you’ve forgotten anything during your stay with us, please call or email us, and we’ll help you look for it. What we would like to know is what you have forgotten, your name, date, and preferably your room number.

Hotel Fratelli is a cashless hotel. For us working at the hotel, it means a safer workplace, and we can dedicate more time to our guests. For guests and visitors, it ensures security through quick and secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Contact us if you have any questions.

We have a minimum limit of 5,000 SEK for invoicing, and all invoicing must be approved before arrival. Exceptions may apply for specific corporate agreements. Fees may apply. It is not possible to pay by invoice as an individual.
