Isola has transformed into a Gin Bar in collaboration with Hendrick’s, where we explore the world of gin together. Discover a specially curated menu featuring carefully crafted cocktails — all with gin as the base. Classic gin & tonics meet inventive new interpretations, designed to highlight the spirit’s character and nuances in the best possible way.
In an elegant and inviting setting, you’ll have the chance to discover new favorites or rediscover timeless classics — always with an unexpected twist.
We’re open every Friday and Saturday until spring 2026, except for certain evenings reserved for private events.

Wine
We primarily choose beverages from small businesses, small-scale farmers who work directly with the harvest, where we have felt the soil. It is only when we truly believe in the product that we handpick the wine for Hotel Fratelli’s wine lists. On our upper floor, we work with a glass list, but our real strength lies in our bottles. With a wine list of 400 wines, there is something for everyone, regardless of previous experiences with wine. Wine is constantly evolving, and so do we.
