Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Karlstad from morning until late. A good pizza from our pizza oven, a salad, our popular Mortazza or delicious seafood. A delicious pizza from our wood-fired oven, a salad, or our popular Mortazza. A creamy smooth espresso, an elegant glass of white wine, or a cocktail depending on the time of day.

Wine
We primarily select wines from small producers and growers who work hands-on with their vineyards—people whose soil we have walked ourselves. We only choose wines we truly believe in, carefully handpicking every bottle for Hotel Fratelli’s wine list. Upstairs, we offer a curated selection by the glass, but our true strength lies in our bottle list. With a collection of around 800 wines, there is something for everyone, regardless of their previous experience with wine. Wine is constantly evolving—and so are we.
