Winemaker’s Dinner
Sottimano, Barbaresco
Thursday, 27 August, Sottimano from Barbaresco will visit Hotel Fratelli for an exclusive evening of food and wine. Together with importer Christian Lindgren, you will discover some of Piedmont’s most celebrated wines. The evening begins at 6:00 PM in Restaurant Vicino, where our kitchen team will serve a specially curated three-course menu paired with selected wines from Sottimano’s vineyards.

Isola
Welcome one floor up to Isola, our orangery with trickling fountains and a Mediterranean atmosphere. This summer we serve a menu inspired by France and Italy – from flavorful starters to generous main courses and sweet desserts, created for long, enjoyable moments. Wine
We primarily select wines from small producers and growers who work hands-on with their vineyards—people whose soil we have walked ourselves. We only choose wines we truly believe in, carefully handpicking every bottle for Hotel Fratelli’s wine list. Upstairs, we offer a curated selection by the glass, but our true strength lies in our bottle list. With a collection of around 800 wines, there is something for everyone, regardless of their previous experience with wine. Wine is constantly evolving—and so are we.
