On Wednesday, 30 September, we welcome winemaker Florent Collet from Famille Collet in Champagne to Hotel Fratelli and Restaurant Vicino. An evening where champagne takes centre stage throughout the dinner.Together with wine importer Thomas Pennerud, Florent will guide us through the evening’s champagnes and share the craftsmanship, winemaking and passion behind every bottle. Our culinary team has created a four-course menu, with each dish carefully paired with selected champagnes.
