Accessibility adaptation
Accessibility adaptation of Hotel Fratelli is a high priority to ensure that all our guests feel welcome and comfortable during their stay with us. We strive to be accessible to everyone by continuously working on accessibility adaptations and improvements in our facilities and services. To meet various needs, we offer, among other things, wheelchair-accessible rooms and facilities, hearing loops in our meeting rooms, as well as alternative textures and colors to facilitate guests with visual impairments. We welcome feedback and strive to continue improving our accessibility to ensure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable during their stay with us.

Main entrance
The way in to our main entrance is wheelchair accessible and the entrence have automatic opening and closing of the doors.
Reception desk
The reception desk is wheelchair accessible.
Lounge
The lounge is wheelchair accessible, allowing easy movement within Fratelli Bar & Deli and out to our outdoor seating area.
Rooms
Our Superior rooms are accessible rooms. There, the doors are wider, and thresholds are removed. The toilets have a seat height of approximately 48 cm and are equipped with fold-up armrests to facilitate the transfer from wheelchair to toilet seat. Toilet paper holders are available on both sides of the toilet seat. In the showers, there is a grab bar at a height of 80 cm, and the showers feature a handheld showerhead with adjustable height. The mirrors are magnified.
WC
In our superior rooms, there are accessible toilets. The toilets have a seat height of 48 cm and are equipped with fold-up armrests to facilitate the transfer from wheelchair to toilet seat. Toilet paper holders are available on both sides of the toilet seat.
There are also public toilets that are accessible.
Service dogs
Service dogs are exempt from fees/prohibitions.
Restaurants
The restaurants are accessible.
Spa
At Allegria Retreat Club, you can easily navigate with a wheelchair. There is a pool lift in the pool area to facilitate your enjoyment of the warm water.
Hearing impairment
Hearing aids are available.
Visual impairment
Braille as well as alternative textures and colors are available to facilitate guests with visual impairments.
Handrails
There are handrails on all stairs at a height of 90 cm.
Door handles
The door handles are straight for easier grip.
Alarms
In case of emergency, in addition to the audible alarm, there are visual alarms in the corridors as well as visual fire alarms.
Elevators
The width of the elevator doors is 100 cm and threshold-free.
