The evening begins with a glass of elegant champagne, followed by a luxurious menu that elevates the New Year’s vibe to new heights. From gratinated lobster with a hint of cognac and crisp fennel salad to beef tenderloin with truffle and saffron butter, ending with a delightful hazelnut brûlée – let your taste buds toast the new year. New Year’s Eve Supper
Ring in the New Year at Isola, where the ambiance of southern latitudes surrounds you in a warm, inviting setting. Our New Year’s menu takes you on a culinary journey through Southern Europe, with highlights like gratinated lobster, slow-cooked beef tenderloin with truffle, and a decadent hazelnut brûlée. Paired with carefully selected wines from passionate, small-scale producers, each dish is elevated to new heights. Immerse yourself in an evening where Mediterranean flavors and the essence of the Riviera shape the entire experience.

Hummer/Gruyère
Half gratinated lobster flavored with cognac, white wine, and lemon, served with a crisp salad of cucumber and fennel.
Beef tenderloin with truffle
Slow-baked beef tenderloin with a herb-infused potato pastry and brown butter, saffron butter, and red wine sauce. Served with pickled borretane onions, lightly smoked pork belly, mushrooms, and fresh truffle.
Hazelnut crème brûlée
Crème brûlée flavored with hazelnuts, caramelized nuts, and fresh berries.

The evening begins with a welcome toast, followed by a six-course dinner where each dish has been carefully crafted to ensure you have the best possible evening, culminating in a toast with champagne at midnight. Feel free to add our wine package with specially selected wines for each course. The New Year’s Eve dinner starts at 7:00 PM and continues until 11:30 PM, when we wrap up the evening with a toast at midnight.
