1. Booking
The confirmed number of persons, the price, and additional items such as restaurant charges and other products will be included in the booking confirmation sent to the guest after this reservation is made.

2. Price agreement validity

The agreed-upon prices are binding for both parties, and the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in increased taxes or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control.

3. Change and cancellation
There are several valid ways to modify bookings, depending on the type of reservation you have made. Please check your booking confirmation for more information on your modification and cancellation terms. Below is an overview of our various modification and cancellation policies: Guarantee through IATA or credit card booking. All bookings are guaranteed if made through IATA or with a credit card. The hotel holds the reservation until 7 AM after the estimated arrival. Cancellation of a guaranteed booking must be made before 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. If guests do not show up or cancel after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge for the first night. For bookings made through a specific agreement with Hotel Fratelli, the booking and cancellation terms follow the terms outlined in the specific contract. For guests without adult companionship, there is an age restriction of 18 years. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking on-site if identification cannot be provided.

4. For security reasons, all guests over 18 years of age need to be able to present valid identification. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if valid identification cannot be presented.

The hotel does not accept cash.
Hotel Fratelli accepts payment by the following credit card companies: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Eurocard or Diners. By accepting these terms, you also agree that your card will be stored and charged for later purchases. The card number is securely stored with our payment provider Nets, and we will never have access to the actual card number. Billing policy: An invoice basis must be prepared in advance. In this case, a credit check is conducted. Stays with a cost of less than 5,000 SEK cannot be paid by invoice.

6. Availability of the hotel room
You get access to your room from 3:00 PM. Check out before 11 am. We offer early and late check-out at an additional cost, contact us at info@hotelfratelli.se.

7. Responsibility for damages
The person whose name the reservation is under is responsible for damages to the premises resulting from negligence or unacceptable behavior by the guests.

8. Force majeure

Events beyond the hotel’s control, such as a strike, lockout, fire, etc., making it impossible to fulfill the obligations in this agreement, give the hotel the right to terminate the agreement without liability.

9. Leagal matters

All disputes arising between the parties in this agreement or for any other reason, or between the guest and the hotel, will be handled according to Swedish law. If the dispute is not resolved, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the hotel’s location.
