Winemaker’s Dinner
Welcome to an unforgettable evening at Restaurant Isola, where we invite you to an exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner with winemaker Urban Stagård from Lesehof Stagård—a night dedicated to Riesling.
Born in Finspång, Sweden, Urban moved with his family at the age of seven to the renowned wine region of Kremstal/Wachau in Austria. Early on, he was recognized by Rajat Parr in The Sommelier’s Atlas of Taste, and today he is considered one of Austria’s finest winemakers.
Together with Christian Lindgren from Gullberg by Stockwine, the importer of these exceptional wines, Urban will guide us through the evening, pouring and sharing insights. The tasting will be conducted in Swedish.
During the evening, we will enjoy a specially crafted three-course menu that celebrates the harmony between the wine’s elegant acidity and seasonal produce.
